I'm a retired medical sales executive who's had a long time passion & interest in real estate. Following retirement, I became a licensed realtor in 2021 and have been a top producing agent ever since. I bring a unique combination of sales & business acumen, negotiation expertise & client-focused service to the greater Placer County real estate market. I purchased my first investment property in the late 1990s and have been an active real estate investor ever since. As a home flipper, I have a keen perspective on finding the hidden value & equity in homes. I'd be happy to share lessons learned along the way to guide you in your next real estate transaction. When I’m not helping clients, I’m likely skiing, hiking, playing tennis or pickleball.
